EAL Team
I am a certified EAL teacher with a Master’s degree in Special Needs and Inclusion from the Nottingham University, UK. I started my professional career 20 years ago in Minsk, Belarus, where I graduated from Belarusian State University and began teaching English in the most prestigious language school at that time.
I find teaching English as a second language absolutely fascinating. Watching the children gain confidence and become fluent in English is what makes me most happy. At Durham I coordinate and manage language support for pupils at all levels and, more specifically, I provide individual learning aid where needed to help the pupils overcome barriers to achievement.
